The customer nonrelations people need to watch the two jolly HH Greg guys on the commercials and learn a lesson.

We bought an open box TV from them and were told we could print out the manual from the computer. Our printer was down and said we'd like them to do that. The salesman agreed, but said he'd have to do it at the end of the day. Fine, we'll come back and pick it up.

Wife went back the next day, no salesman, no manual. Another salesperson said he'd print it out. He got on line and when he saw how big it was he said he'd do it that evening and mail it to us.

Never happened. Called customer relations and he said he'd get the manufacturer to send us one. Fine.

Six weeks later, no manual. Called customer relatioins. A different person answered and his response was to print it out ourselves. We weren't guaranteed a manual when we purchased it. He didn't want to hear that a promise is a promise. He finally put us in touch with the original salesman. He said he'd print it out. He did. Now all we have to do is go pick it up.
