Bought a washer form HH Gregg.New type, low water level, HE detergent, washed a my first load. Half of the clothes were still 100% dry and had never been wet. Tried again, seem more wet, but not clean, tried more soap on the next load, still not clean, tried adding water(not supposed to need)since they were so dry. Still dirty, towels smell sour.Horrible!

Call warranty, we look at it with the repair guy. He takes of inside agitator cover and WOW! 2 to 3 inches of "solid" lime/hard water locked the agitator bar, wouldn't budge. At least 1 year of use on this machine with hard water. I have a water softner & tried it for 5 loads. Manager tells me I bought a floor model, so I bought a "used" machine. Excuse me!! Floor Model...maybe a scratch..maybe a customer returned after a week & exchanged, it...This was a "USED" machine. He still said I agreed to that by buying a floor model. Doesn't say that on any sign in the store, doesn't say that on my invoice, I paid "NEW" full price! Humm?

Called customer service. They say "no" we don't sell them "used". NO A FLOOR MODEL doesn't mean you bought a "used" machine. But funny this machine # says it was just made in July, so it's only 3 months old! STRANGE!

They will give a store credit and I can get a new machine from them, but if it gets lime build up they won't replace it or repair it, as I "MUST" have a water problem. LOL I have a water softner, no lime on "any" of my sink faucets. Had a previous washer for 18 years. Amazing!

Funny thing is the w1025**** number on the back of the washer, doesn't even match the "very easy to peel off" sticker on the inside of the machine, with the number w1024****, AMAZING! The machine they are looking up is only 3 months old, but I wonder how old this "used" machine "really" is, AND WHERE DID IT COME FROM? Some who works there knows that answer, and wonder if it's the manager that tried to convince me that "A floor model" is a "used" machine, no guarantees on how "used" it is, sorry aoubt your luck! What an IDIOT!

Monetary Loss: $668.

They were probably collecting money for new models so they could get the commission and also keep the same model on the floor to sell again just so they could deliver to you that piece of ***. No telling how many people they scammed with this one manager should be fired for such a thing. For him to even indicate that the washer was used obviously states that he had something to do with the exchange of merchandise.
