HHGregg complaint

I purchased a 50' LDC Hitachi and paid 399.99 for a 5 year warranty. Well the time came when I needed it. Talk about a run around. I almost never talked to a live person and it was always someone with another number for me to call. Finally got in touch with someone and they contacted a repair service, well it has been a month since this all started and my TV still doesn't have the new part. I am very displease with the service. No more high priced warranties for me and I will never buy from hhgregg again.
