My TV stopped working after about 18mths.I did not know HHGregg went out of business, but I was excited that I could still use my warranty.

The 1st phone call, I got through no problems. They told me someone would come to my house on Wednesday. That was cool, only 3 days and I didn't have to worry about hauling the TV around. Wednesday, no one called or showed up.

I called the TV repair place, no answer I wasn't able to leave a message or talk to anyone. I decided to drive to the place 35min away. Needless to say, the place was abandoned, run down, it looked like it hadn't been in business for months. I was so mad.

It took about 11 phone calls before I could get in touch with someone from the warranty company. I explained my situation. The girl was so friendly, she said she would get me immediate help. Scheduled another appointment for Wednesday.

No call/no show. I called the new TV repair company, the guy was so rude and unwilling to help me.

Also he couldn't find any records of my claim.I'm so done with this!!!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
