The account was paid off through tidewater credit, they told me that they. Do no humans work at the 360 warranty they sold me?

My plan doesn't show up in my account for 360 warranty. Only my plan for my dishwasher, not the one for my fridge...purchased on the same sale. I have been on hold over 30 min twice today with no answer. I have submitted for help 3 times on their site. NO customer service has reached out to me. The fridge I bought from them 2.5 yrs ago is emitting a strong chemical odor Ill guess is Freon. AS well as it is rusting. How does Stainless steel rust? When it's not really stainless steel. Scam !!! I paid almost $250 for a warranty I cannot get anyone to let me submit a claim. I see why they went out of business.

Selling used/reburbished as new

So the same thing happened to us. In 2016 we bought a 2017 model LG television (as new). It appears the model they sold us was a refurbished. The component plug was bad from day 1 - and they kept telling us there was nothing wrong with it. Well the HDMI went recently and I had the warranty company come get it. Everything points to this television not being new when we PAID for new. Now we have a television that is barely 2 years old, and the warranty company offering us HALF of what we paid for it to buy a new one that will cost us $500 more than what they are offering. I wish there was some way that we could go back and get these slimy Bas*$%&s! Who knows how many people they scammed!

Preferred solution: I want the difference in what a new TV will now cost me again ($500 between the warranty company and buying a new one) and my cost of extended warranty back ($200).

Haier Dryer

I have had your product and it's brand new and it haven't work from day one. You sent 3 contractors out here to look at it and they gave up.

The darn dyer has NEVER WORK and now I am trying to get a part that another contractor think might help it to work. Now, that part has been discontinued. Model #RDE350AW. It's strange because the Haier Washing machine works.

This is my second time calling and the first time, the lady that answers your phone is very rude and need some customer service training.

She had that attitude I really don't care. She didn't have time to hear what I was saying.

I just can't believe HHgreg don't care about their customer. If so, you should CLOSE YOUR DOORS.

I have called several costumer service #’s and all of them take me to a bulls@$& servey n then hangs up on me!!!!!!!! What is going with this?????? I bought a tv from hhgregg around 3years ago with a 5year service plan n it broke n I need it replaced!

Purchased a 50 inch TV 3 yrs ago - it stopped working 8 days ago. I reported it since I purchased a 5 yr premium plan from HHGregg. Reported and they said they do not come to house. I do not have a car and am ill most of time - It has been 8 days and noone has showed up to pick up tv to be repaired. They need to send someone to fix this TV or advise me why they can not. We have NO tv now for 8 days - at the very least I need a loaner TV delivered - I have sent support tickets with NO response. How do I get this TV repaired? We paid for the highest amount of protection and are not doing anything

Premium Extended Warranty Plan. SCAM

Plans are misrepresented by salesmen. And they Suck.

You are better off extending your warranty through the manufacturer.

My salesman stated this Extended Premium plan warranty covered all that the manufacturer did plus much more.

I specifically asked if it covered accidental damage and was told yes. So i paid an additional 200.00 for a five year plan. Well guess what no they don't I am screwed as i am sure many others have been.

DO NOT TRUST THE SALESPEOPLE AT HH GREGG AND DO NOT PURCHASE EXTENDED PLANS THROUGH WARRANTECH. Cover your stuff under a reputable home warranty plan such as Total Protect. HHGREGG should have to reimburse me and ever other sucker who purchased these plans.. And they definitely should not been afforded protection under bankruptcy plans when they knowingly deceive their customers.

I bought it at the Mooresville NC Store.

No Integrity, Poor Salesmanship, Inferior Products, Horrible Customer Service

I went to the HH Gregg in Woodbury, NJ (off 42) to purchase a flat screen TV for my ill, quadriplegic brother whom lived with me. I told the salesman, Wilmer, what I needed to help make my brother's life easier; where my brother could have more control. Briefly, he talked me into a floor model (only one to do the job and only one left), had me buy a 'magic' remote to give us the features we needed to give my brother control. I was in a hurry as I had to leave my brother at home alone to go do this, which I unfortunately had advised Wilmer. He saw me coming! I had cash in hand (my brother's personal money designated for this), and Wilmer convinced me that getting a HH Gregg credit card and putting it on there was the way to go. I'd get a slight discount, and I had two years without interest to pay it off. I figured my bro could use the cash for so many of his other needs, so I applied for it and made the multiple purchases and took the flat screen home with me. Again briefly, as I attempted to get this flat screen up and running the way we needed it in order for my brother to give it commands, nothing was working. I then went through a series of very long phone calls (hours of time I didn't have) to HH Gregg, LG (the manufacturer) and Comcast only to find out that I had gotten a piece of crap that was not compatible to the 'magic' remote, nor would we be able to do any of the things we needed it to do according to LG. We discovered that there weren't even any on/off, volume or channel buttons on the screen itself! If we couldn't get the remote going, there was NO WAY to even turn the TV on!! I went back to Wilmer who didn't seem to understand at all what LG told me I needed to get this TV going (never heard of a Dongle), which led me to purchasing more items (thru Amazon), all of which didn't work. Weeks have gone by now, and my brother was bed ridden at this point with no source of entertainment to view! I asked to speak to a manager and Wilmer told me there wasn't one on site (what?), argued with me and said there was nothing they could do and HUNG UP! Through my persistence and some nice guys at LG and Comcast, we got the TV running through the regular remote after installing some equipment, but my brother never had the opportunity to control the TV himself! I stopped making payments until they were willing to help us, and they ended up suing me as the credit was in my name! I tried to explain and even offered to pay a portion of the balance for that piece of crap, but the lawyer wouldn't even talk to me after several messages left for her, nor accept my offer (through an assistant)! They got a judgement against me. If our lives weren't so stressful already at the time and if I had more time personally to pursue, I would have gone to one of the local news stations to bring this situation to the public's attention and put closure on it. I eventually had a levy taken out in my personal checking account recently, and they wiped out my whole account with all their fees added to the balance! My brother has since passed and this is the legacy I have to live with! Come to your own conclusion about this company!

I always get there card so I know who they are.. then I play det.

where they live , wife kids....

then I tell them any problems i'm bring this tv or whatever into there house for them to fix it ... kinda scares them they give you that nervous laugh...take time before you cash out !!!!

Hhgregg suck

Customer service for hhgregg suck all they want to do is try and give away gift cards that you have to pay for, gift and pay don't go tofether. Gift means free so why pay, I don't want no free gift cards I just want to know about my warranty and what all it covers
