Hhgregg - Did not connect tv correctly
Purchased Samsung 55"3D tv 10/16 from 5100 S Cleveland ave, Ft myers, fl 33907.Del.
11/2, drivers left before it was working. Appt. made for 11/9.No one called, I called & was told service would be between 10-1pm I called at 2pm& was told by Diana, 6-9pm.NO DRIVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP!!!! YOU HAVE POOR CUSTO1MER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION at this store!
I don1't know what else to do now, I only have 1 day off a wk. Please help me!!!
