Was given a 1-6PM slot appointment for Tuesday At 6:15 called company and they said I was next, the tech is in the next town and he will call me.He called, said he was tired and going home.
Could not reschedule me. Called A&E again and was given a 8-12AM appointment for Thursday morning. I called to check with them at 8:30 AM and they said I did not have an appointment for Thursday, but I had one for 1-6PM on Friday. I told them I could not be home then.
When I went to reschedule, they said I would have to pay because my dishwasher was not under warrenty. Each time I called they said they had problems with their phones and/or computer. I called back HH Greg and the manager said he would try to straighten it out. Even he could not get them to give me an appointment.
Finally contacted another company that came over the next morning.F+ for A&E
