i purchased awhrilpool platinum series cabrio top load washer over a year ago with the 5 year extende warranty.a month ago my washer started leaking. called.
hh gregg they referred me to their warranty divisoion for help. the technical team video tech who is suppose to do service repairs.but intead of coming and acessing the problem they jusy assumed it nwas then detergent dispenser hoses. techs came out supposedly fixed problem. after they lsft problem is stll there.
called hhgreg and warranty place again. but of corse a moth later stilll no washer no replys called corporate offices the same ***. i have spent over 90 plus $ at the laundrymat.of coruse they bdont remburise u. o i am wrong only $20 theyb will refund me after problem is fixed.
this place is a joke. wish i would have read the reviews fisrt before purchased my washer. i am about to take this piece os *** to their store in glen burnie md and put itn on their doorstep. then stand ntheir and tell people not ton purchase anything from them.
it seems like they dont want to stand by their warranty. very poor customer service. all u get is the run around. they must think people have money to throw away and money grows on trees.
these techs dont know what they r doing they seem like they have their heads up their ***. this is and will b my first and last purchase from this rip off joint. my next is to contactv the better business bureau and the local news channels and consumer relations.
