After several failed calls to the 800 number to file a claim, which is useless. Where your call only goes to voice mail loop or someone hangs up on you.
I went to the web site and filed a claim for a LG refrigerator (we bought last Jan with an extended warranty) I got a confirmation that a service person would be in 3 days, but they never showed up.
I finally got a hold of the service person and he said he was wanting for the parts. That was 3 weeks ago..
Luckily it;s the ice machine and the freezer problem, other I would not have anything to put my food.
Poor Poor service. I may have to call an attoreny to get something done soon.
