Everyone that I know in the DC & VA area had severe issues with the *** appliances they sold us!! I've gone though 2 washer/ dryer sets that failed miserably and they 'could not' repair them but gave me a partial discount (store credit) to use at their store...
for another piece of crap! My guess is they buy faulty appliances, try to fix them up, then sell to unsuspecting customers!

The Manger named Donally, he thinks he above the god. He needs to realize,If we as a customers do not buy the car from this arrogane dealership.I am done with them

- - I couldn't reach sales or the manager after many calls; the final call had a manager who spoke but didn't pass the message.
When a Manager calls the customer, he has to be professional. This guy thinks he is god.
I won't doubt he gets fired from a good company I know from long time.
Now If he doesn't, please be aware to deal with this dealership when the company is hiring people like him. There are other many dealership and the sales people who are serious helping us.
I can not connect to Sales guy or Manager after repeated calls and on final call, the Now Manager emerged to help me and I said, Oh i wll pass the message.
Honestely I do not think that HGREGG CARES AS ALONG AS THEY HAVE BUSINESS.
We should all get together and Boycott this company, so the CEO knows what's
going on when they are in their lavish office or on dream vacation.
We are paying for this Idiots and then we complain.
