WE GOT THE TV HOME A COUPLE DAYS LATER I PUT IT TOGETHER. I PLUGGED IT IN TO FIND THE SCREEN WAS SHATTERED. I CALLED THE WILMINGTON,NC STORE. I WAS TOLD TO BRING IT BACK AND THEY WOULD EXCHANGE IT.MY WIFE BROUGHT THE TV BACK AS SHE WAS CARRYING THE TV IN THE STORE ALL THE EMPLOYEES WATCHED HER AND NEVER OFFERED ANY HELP.ANOTHER CUSTOMER RAN OVER TO HELP. THE ELECTRONICS MANAGER J.P DID NOT EVEN SPEAK WITH HER.J.P. TALKED TO AN EMPLOYEE TO TELL THEM TO GO TO CORPORATE ABOUT IT.TRYING TO BLAME US FOR DROPPING IT.I HAVE CALLED THE REGINAL MANAGER MIKE STRICKLAND 6 TIMES SO FAR WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALL YET.ALSO, I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE 6 TIMES A WASTE OF TIME SO FAR.WHAT KIND OF MANAGERS TREAT RETAIL CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT NOT EVEN HAVING HIMSELF EXPLAIN THAT THIS IS OUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED GOODS. MAYBE J.P. SHOULD GET OUT OF RETAIL, IF THIS IS HOW HE TREATS CUSTOMERS.OH BUY THE WAY MY WIFE IS A OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR A WELL KNOWN COMPANY HERE IN WILMINGTON,NC. SHE HAS WORKED IN RETAIL FOR OVER 28 YEARS AND HAS NEVER, EVER TREATED A CUSTOMER LIKE SHE WAS TREATED.
