I own a dishwasher and I called the services plan in April.My dishwasher is still not fixed.

I have a video that I have been on the phone for a hour. The services plan sent ATES that never answers the phone. My husband and I have to *** from work because ATES only take customers between the hours that they are available. They came out to my house 4 times and still never fixed it.

They should not be able to get a way with this. The media needs to get involved. This was a waste of money.

I want to take them to court.Please someone do something about their poor customer service.
