TV purchased 3/2/2006 from HHGregg. We paid $149.99 for 5 yr service contract.
Have been trying since Nov/2010 to get repair service. We are told that contract is for "carry-in" service only; we were not told this at time of purchase or we would not have paid for such a contract. We paid $59.99 to have it delivered. It measures 30.5"w x 23.5"h x at least 26"deep.
We are not able to pick up this very large, heavy TV. HHGregg should send somebody out to repair, or refund our $150. We have been good customers; bought our washer and 2 TV's, plus camera...
