I bought a dishwasher at HHGregg to be delivered 3 days later. Delivery person called the morning of delivery to say that the dishwasher didn't have it's parts so he deliver, but would have to come back to install at another time after parts were ordered.

I said no as I didn't want a dishwasher sitting in my house uninstalled. I went to the store and amazingly the parts were located meaning the delivery person didn't have the initiative to look for them. I asked for my money back so I could just go buy elsewhere. Since I wrote a check, they said I would have to wait 10 days for corporate to send me a check (my check had already cleared my bank).

I then asked for my installation money to be refunded and we will pick it up and install it ourselves. Big fail on HHGregg's part...they lost a customer!
