Had many problems purchasing a frig that actally worked. Their new policy of free delivery is nothing but ajoke.

They charge you up front and then say they will give you a gift card to the store for that amt or a visa card for that amt several weeks down the road. Duhhhh, stop misleading people because that is not what free means. Its just a way to keep more money in their account to gain more interest at purchasers expense. Do they think we are ***.

I have several more things to purchase but it won't be at hhgregg. They also told me a warranty would be 170 so i come home and decided to take the warranty and see the paperwork says 75.90. No, i did not misunderstand the salesperson because i made him say it twice and even repeated what he said.

What kind of scam are they trying to run. HHgregg is not a store i would recommend to anyone.

Yep. Work here, you are right.

This place will suck the life are of you if you just close your eyes for a second. As far as I know its the same all over and the funny part is that they claim to be way better that their competitors.

That's how it's always been. Unfortunately they contract delivery to a third party company and have to pay them for each delivery.

This is the only way around that. From July 2014 to January 2015 they did offer straight up free delivery on appliances 497 and up but found that they were losing too much money from that and the sales weren't making up for it. So they had to go back to the rebate format.

That doesn't make them a bad company. If you read the fine print it states that it's "free" AFTER the rebate so they're not misleading anyone you're just too lazy to read everything.
