Hi, I have called several times and sent pics to their customer service email id. No one cares and no resolution yet. No store in my state to return or exchange the item. I never buy and suggest any one to buy online for anything. Beware before u buy.

It takes minimum 50 to 60 minutes to connect to any representative.

I have never had any experience with any retailer like this in the entire USA. Pls dont buy or suggest these guys to any one.

Costumer service is out sourced to third party and don't have any product knowledge or idea to help u. so plz dont ever buy again.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of product and associated monetary loss in the amount of $300. Hhgregg needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.

This is all your fault, as you purchased an item online from a retailer that does not have physical locations in your state.If you had an HHGregg locally, this could be resolved in an afternoon.

Also, HHGregg does not outsource their customer service; they are all located in Indiana. Representatives via telephone don't have any product knowledge because that is not their job. If you aren't educated about the products that you intend to buy, walk into an HHGregg (if you had one) and speak with a sales associate about it.

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer of the TV?They are the ones who left the parts out of the box, not HHGregg.
