Not resolved

I purchased CD player from the floor and when my husband complained that the remote would not work, was all set to blame him. My son-in-law came to the rescue and announced that we had the wrong remote.

I went back to the store and was treated with such rudeness and dismissed with an ignorant statement like Sony only had one remote for all units. The correct remote was available from Sony at a cost and it was worth it.

I refused to set foot in that store even to return or dispute the mistake. Poor customer service!

Glad to know these things get read. It definitely didn't work the unit but the rude attitude was unmistakable.

The first remote is still here, it simply does not have certain keys to operate our unit.

I've been a consumer a very long time and believe me I recognize courtesy. Thanks.


They are correct. I have a lot of sony products and any of the remote control that came with them will operate all the devices.
